Intimate Hygiene & Return Conditions

Due to the highly delicate and private nature of upscale lingerie, returned items must strictly adhere to our hygiene sanctuary standards. We kindly ask that you try on your Auvias garments over your own clean underwear.

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and meet the following criteria:

• Items must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in their pristine original condition.
• All original designer tags, luxury satin labels, and the clear protective hygiene strip must remain firmly attached and untampered with.
• Pieces must be free from any traces of perfume, body lotions, cosmetics, or scent of smoke.
• Complimentary items or promotional gifts included in your order must be returned alongside the main pieces if a full refund is requested.

*Note: For absolute health and safety regulations, items returned with damaged or missing hygiene liners, or any visible signs of wear, cannot be accepted and will be sent back to the client.

Refund Processing & Discrete Billing

Refund Timelines: Approved refunds will be instantly credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your banking institution to reflect the transaction.

Discretionary Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the piece arrived defective. However, if you opt for a Size Exchange, Auvias will gladly cover the shipping cost of your newly tailored size package as part of our signature service.
