When will my order be dispatched?
All orders undergo a meticulous quality review within 24 to 48 hours of placement before leaving our fulfillment hub. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be prioritized on the following business day. Once shipped, a tracking code will automatically illuminate your inbox.
Will I be charged import customs and duties?
For our patrons in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union, all customs, duties, and handling taxes are fully prepaid and integrated into your final checkout value. You will never experience unexpected payment prompts at your doorstep. For other international destinations, local tariffs may apply upon arrival depending on local import regulatory laws.
Can I redirect or alter my delivery address post-purchase?

What happens if my package is lost or shows as delivered but missing?
Every single Auvias transit route is fully insured. If your tracking indicates delivery but the package is nowhere to be found, please inspect your residential secure drop-boxes or consult neighbors before initiating a trace. If 48 hours pass without resolution, contact our team to launch an official courier investigation.
